Our Marine Safety and Quality Management team is accountable for ensuring that our policies and procedures are clear and concise through carefully constructed and implemented operation manuals.

CS Maritime’s policies and procedures have been adopted to meet or exceed the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 standards and are being frequently improved and developed.

We judiciously monitor and upgrade our systems through performance analysis against Key Performance Indicators and regular audits both at sea and ashore
